Skanska USA Building Joins Pasco Economic Development Council Board

Pasco Economic Development Council (Pasco EDC) announced that Skanska USA Building, Inc. has joined the Pasco EDC Board of Directors. "We’re very excited to have Skanska as a Corporate Council member," said John Hagen, President/CEO. "Skanska has such an important construction presence in our County and the Tampa Bay region. We have wanted to strengthen our partnership with them for some time."
"I am honored to have been asked to be a member of the Board of Directors for Pasco EDC, and I look forward to being a part of Pasco County’s future growth and development. I feel strongly about what John Hagen and the other Board members are working on and accomplishing, and I’m anxious to participate with them and support them in whatever way I can."
Corporate Council members are investors in Pasco EDC at the $10,000 annual level or above. Representing Skanska on the Pasco EDC Board of Directors will be Mr. Kevin Ahrens, Vice President - Operations. The Pasco EDC Board of Directors is responsible for governing the organization and leading the execution of The Power of Six, PEDC’s strategic plan.
The increased investment made by Skanska will further advance Pasco EDC’s mission to lead Pasco County in the creation of a sustainable and diversified economy.
