John oversees all aspects of the PEDC's programs and operations. He recently relocated to Pasco County from Surprise, Arizona, where he served as Economic Development Director for five years. John has a career in economic development spanning 30 years in Arizona, Indiana and Michigan. John holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Western Michigan University and is an alumnus of Grand Valley State University's Seidman Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Master's degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. He has earned the professional certification, CEcD, from the International Economic Development Council.

Economic Development Manager

Tom is responsible for business development of new and expanding office, technology, and industrial related businesses and parks. His responsibilities also include coordinating strategies to support economic development efforts in targeted areas, including, confidential site analysis, regulatory assistance, compiling location data and incentive programs. Tom holds a B.A. in Communication Management from University of Dayton.

Summer is responsible for all aspects of marketing and event coordination for Pasco EDC, specializing in online and social media marketing.  She has over 12 years of experience in the marketing and communications field and is a graduate of Lee University located in Cleveland, Tennessee, where she earned a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising. Having grown up in Venezuela, Summer is fluent in Spanish.  Summer is also a long time Pasco resident.
