President/CEO

John oversees all aspects of the PEDC's programs and operations. He recently relocated to Pasco County from Surprise, Arizona, where he served as Economic Development Director for five years. John has a career in economic development spanning 30 years in Arizona, Indiana and Michigan. John holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Western Michigan University and is an alumnus of Grand Valley State University's Seidman Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Master's degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. He has earned the professional certification, CEcD, from the International Economic Development Council.



Vice President

John is responsible for business recruitment, project management, and marketing. He has over 18 years of economic development work experience. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida, the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute, and received his professional certification, CEcD, from the International Economic Development Council.  

 

Economic Development Manager

Krista is responsible for business assistance to companies in the Pasco County area. Her initial responsibilities include researching and coordinating help for local businesses with respect to training, finances, marketing, and other issues.  She will be focused on implementing the Pasco Economic Gardening program.  Krista holds a B.S. in Business Marketing  from Southeastern University.

Marketing/Events Coordinator

Summer is responsible for all aspects of marketing and event coordination for Pasco EDC, specializing in online and social media marketing.  She has over 12 years of experience in the marketing and communications field and is a graduate of Lee University located in Cleveland, Tennessee, where she earned a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising. Having grown up in Venezuela, Summer is fluent in Spanish.  Summer is also a long time Pasco resident.

Office Manager

Suzanne is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures and events. Before joining PEDC, Suzanne served as Public Affairs Coordinator at Saint Leo University, Suzanne is a graduate of Taylor Business Institute in Paramus, New Jersey.
