Pasco County Central Permitting
The Central Permitting Division is responsible for the issuance of building permits and coordinates the reviews for all permit applications for compliance with the Pasco County Land Development Code, Building Code and other County ordinances.
Additional permitting is required if your project is within the city limits of Dade City, New Port Richey, Port Richey, San Antonio, St. Leo, or Zephyrhills.
City of Dade City
The Dade City Building Division is responsible for the issuance of building permits, enforcement of building codes, coordination of inspections, maintain permit data, and contractor licensing.

City of New Port Richey
For building permits, contractor licenses, zoning information, flood zones, and hurricane brochures/information, the City of New Port Richey Building Department is located in the City Hall building on the first floor at 5919 Main Street, New Port Richey.

City of Port Richey
The Building and Zoning Department is charged with enforcement of the many codes that govern the construction of all buildings within the city limits. Said codes include Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Gas, ADA Accessibility, Storm water, Site Development, plus all the required City Zoning Codes. Compliance with all these codes is necessary before a building permit can be issued.

City of San Antonio
San Antonio is a city located in east Pasco with a population of 913 in 2004 according to the U.S. Census Bureau. All permitting must be approved at the City Hall. The City Hall is located at 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue in San Antonio.

Town of St. Leo
St. Leo is a town located in east Pasco with a population of 916 in 2004 according to the U.S. Census Bureau. All permitting must be approved at the City Hall before building. St. Leo has a contract with the City of Dade City to process permits. The City Hall is located on State Road 52.

The Building Department is responsible for three different areas of service: the supervision of all construction related activities which includes plan review, permitting and inspection; the enforcement of municipal codes and ordinance as it relates to commercial and residential properties; and the issuance of business occupational license and contractor registration.
