Real Property Taxes
There is no state-level property tax; however, a property tax may be assessed at the county level. The Pasco County Property Appraiser is responsible for appraising property value for all real property that is used to calculate the appropriate taxes. The Pasco County Tax Collector is responsible for collecting tax revenue. Millage rate information is available on the Pasco County Tax Collector site.
