Supervisory Development – This 10-session program helps participants learn the critical skills needed to succeed in the role of supervisor or manager.
Lean Manufacturing 102 - This workshop is an one day interactive, experiential event where participants observe the power of the principles of Lean manufacturing to improve their own shop-floor operations. The workshop is equally accessible to senior management, office staff and the full labor force, and provides everyone with a common understanding of how these principles can be deployed across a variety of workplace situations.
Six Sigma Black Belt - The course provides an in-depth look at the six sigma DMAIC problem-solving methodology, as well as deployment and project development approaches. The course flow follows the DMAIC methodology, with the appropriate tools and concepts taught at each stage of project deployment. Since software will be used for data analysis, the course material concentrates on the application and use of the tools, rather than on detailed derivation of the statistical methods.
Six Sigma Green Belt – Green Belt Six Sigma Project Manager training is a subset of the six sigma black belt project manager program with a focus on using problem solving tools and techniques without the more advanced statistics of black belts. For organizations or individuals needing a strong foundation in six sigma but do not have the need for advanced statistics this is an excellent course. Green Belt Project Manager training has little theory and strong emphasis on application and problem solving.
