It is with great enthusiasm and a shared sense of optimism for our future that we present to the business, government and civic leaders of Pasco County our new economic development strategic plan.
New Pasco: Locally United. Globally Competitive is a bold, practical, and forward-thinking plan to accelerate the short and long term prosperity of Pasco County’s economy by purposefully redesigning our business development and economic competitiveness strategies.
To accomplish this we will implement six strategies:
• Provide Leadership
• Implement Urban Land Institute (ULI) Report
• Market Pasco
• Develop Talent and Workforce
• Develop Product
• Foster Economic Growth
Our goals are nothing less than opportunity and prosperity for all residents and companies of Pasco County.
Extraordinary opportunities lie just on the other side of our current economic challenges. Getting there requires real collaboration, strategic investment, and an unwavering commitment from Pasco County’s business, government and civic leaders.
We are moving boldly to lay the foundation for Pasco County’s economic prosperity both with the release of this plan and ULI’s Advisory Services Panel Report. Now it is our responsibility to join together and put our plan to work.
