The strategic plan is intended to be a living document and will continue to evolve and be modified to remain current and relevant.

This journey began with the PEDC adopting a new governance structure that enables the private and public sectors to collectively leverage its knowledge, passion, influence and relationships for the purpose of achieving the six new economic development initiatives set forth by the PEDC.
