The PHCC Performing Arts Center is a popular entertainment venue in the local community, featuring beloved performers 
and musical shows for audiences across the Tampa Bay area. Pasco County has continued to improve and upgrade each of the library branches to meet the community demand. Tampa Bay joins the ranks of sports-crazed cities such as: New York, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Miami. We now have four major sports franchises for residents and tourists to enjoy in state-of-the-art facilities.
