The Development Review Division's (DRD) primary function is to review all proposed residential, professional, commercial and industrial development project submittals for compliance with the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan, Land Development Code, and other applicable ordinances. During the review process, the DRD serves as a central hub for compilation of all review comments from county staff and other agencies.
